Swedes at Mníšek 2011

On July 5, 2011, we gathered at the castle in Mníšek pod Brdy in a sufficient number of swordsmen, musketeers, drummers and dancers to show the audience a free reconstruction of the conquest of Mníšek by Swedish troops. It was scheduled until 6 p.m.

A rich selection of goods and refreshments awaited early visitors from the morning. Live camp life in historical style and an even more colorful fencing and dance program in the castle garden. They took care of all this, I’ll name them at random: the fencing group Alotrium, Burdýri, Rebelové, Keiklír Merlin, the scenic historical dance group Animata (that’s us 😀 ) and others.

You will see much more in the photos, for which I have to thank the member of the group Animata – Darje Sedmíková, who is no longer dancing, because without her contribution, a good two-thirds of the shots would be missing :).
